Having problem when building project

Hi,

I am using yagarto tool chain and eclipse for my ARM project.
I suddenly start to have the following error when building the project 
after I added two simple procedures. It seems like envrionment problem, 
not the problem of the tools themselves.

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual 
way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
make: *** [dds_SAM7X256_Flash.bin] Error 3

Could anybody help?
