Hi guys, I'm trying to set up a linux development platform, similar to yagarto, because we use this program with windows for our university project. We develop an ARM board, based on at91sam7x256, similar to olimex board, but with less components, and we use it to control a power inverter. My problem is that I'm a linux user, and I haven't win installed on my computer. Do you know how to start with the IDE eclipse, so that I can integrate the arm-elf-gcc? Thanks. Jonatan Fischer, like Michael (Yagarto), but from Argentina...
These may help: www.macraigor.com/downloads/Macraigor_with_Eclipse.pdf http://www.olimex.com/dev/armtutorial.html http://mikestirling.co.uk/drupal/?q=node/1 The last one does not have much detail, but seems to be using the same approach as Macraigor, but with OpenOCD rather than Macraigor's OCDremote, so you can probably adapt Macraigor's instructions. I have not checked out the Olimex solution, you may have better luck in obtaining it than me.
