Hi everyone.  Sadly the search function doesn't seem to be working, so
my apologies in advance if this stuff has already been covered and I
just can't find it.  I have two questions, one about the watchdog and
one about PWMs.

Figured it out!  I am stupid, heh.

I was initializing the pin on Port B, so clearly the osciliscope I had
hooked up to Port A wasn't going to show anything... :)

Since there has not been an answer for some time at least some of my
thoughts (which my not be very helpful).
