The new WinARM with gcc 4.1.0 is still "on delay" since I do not have
the time to do at least a little testing with the hardware. But a
precompiled version of Dominic Rath's openocd together with the needed
cygwin and FTDI DLLs is already available on the WinARM-page (link in
small font-size). I have not tested it but hope it will be useful. Make
sure ioperm.sys is installed for "Wigglers" (included) and ftd2xx.sys is
installed for FTDI-based devices (Installer available from
