hardfault when using snprintf
snprintf(buffer, sizeof(buffer), "%i", n); and it doesnt work. I end up with hardfault on the stm32 that im using. If i use the below statement it works fine snprintf(buf, sizeof(buf), "hello %s", wld); Im quite new to programing so what could i have missed /Dennis

Linking order and startup files

OpenOCD load and debug fails sometimes
show openocd.cfg. You may also just try: [code] openocd -f interface/<yourinterface> -f target/stm32 init [/code] which will use files from the "target library". I have used them in my STM32 projects with success.

Creating blank new C-Project with Yagarto chain for ARM7

Debugging from Eclipse works as expected (well, at least what I expected/needed). A little bit of additional information can be found in the readme.txt.

putting newlibs stub into a static library
When i do that, i get the typical undefined references. My link order is arm-none-eabi-g++ -T"../stm32-128k-20k.ld" {lots of object files} -o"output.elf" -lstm32-md No other librarys are getting linked in.

SD card lock and unlock

I have three SD cards tested, two from panasonic(32MB) and one from kingston(2GB),it seems the old panasonic card does not support this function, and the new kongston SD works well. Yagarto and floating point
general hint: check if, during the link process, the correct libraries are used. For example: I use the STM32 which got a cortex-m3 core and accedentially linked the libs for a other arm core. resulting in perfekt working code, up to the point on which I tried to use floatingpoint. that is, because the STM32 got no fpu and than the wrong lib was linked and used unsupported commands to emulate the fpu. You should check the main.map file, it includes the linked libs. then check if they are supported/
