Forum: ARM programming with GCC/GNU tools toolchain for developing arm-linux applications under Windows?

i'd like to write an application for a Linux-System running on an ARM9 
I use Windows. So the question is which compiler/toolchain do i need? :) 
I found different gcc versions arm-elf-gcc, arm-linux-gcc, etc.
