Recent I purchased a LM3S8962 Ethernet+CAN Evaluation Kits. I'm planning
to develop an application based on CAN bus. I couldn't find proper
application notes on TI website. Can someone provide me the supports for
this application . The board is based on LM3S8962 controller.

Did you check the "StellarisWare" Software-Package available from
ti.com?
