I want to know how I can view the FPGA outputs (repsonses) on my PC

The standard way is using an external logic analyzer. Some FPGA vendors
also offer internal logic analyzer cores that are implemented in the
FPGA, which has the obvious advantage that you can monitor internal
signals, not only outputs.

If you want to know more, you have to be more specific about what FPGA
you are using and what exactly you want to "view".
