If there's a Nucleo board on your desk, you're about five minutes from trying a new RTOS.
caOS is a bare-metal real-time OS for STM32 that I've been building, with no HAL underneath. The FREE edition is out, and I'm looking for people to try it and tell me what breaks.
What's in the package: 1)Precompiled libraries, headers and a CMake build: ./bootstrap -m H563 && ./do 2)Ready-to-run examples with PC-side test scripts: UART/SPI/I2C, ADC/DAC, DMA, SAI, JPEG, SD card, FatFs, and USB Full-Speed (CDC, MSC, NCM, DFU) 3)A TCP/IP stack with DHCP, DNS, NTP, HTTP, MQTT, Modbus, iperf, SSH 4)Crypto: AES, SHA, X25519, Ed25519 5) more than 100 use case examples
Boards: NUCLEO-F446ZE, F767ZI, H563ZI, H753ZI, U575ZI-Q.
Any feedback helps: a build that fails, an example that hangs, a peripheral you'd need.
