Quadra-Chek 100 installed on a Starrett HE350

I have a Quadra-Chek 100 installed on a Starrett HE350. Serial number: L04098. The unit shows: "The software is about to be erased. Press finish to erase and reload." I need the QC100 firmware .BIN or .M32 file and loader instructions. Please HELP!
