I have tried everything under different operating systems and with 
various USB cables. I even bought a super-short USB data cable 
especially for this purpose. The error message reads: ‘Failed to connect 
to Espressif device: Timeout waiting for packet header’. Pressing the 
boot or rst button did not help either. I am completely at a loss. Even 
the trick with the 10 my Elko was unsuccessful.
