Magic Pixel MP630 Datasheet or SDK

Does anyone have the data sheet for the Magic Pixel MP630, or possibly 
the SDK for it?
I am trying to help a friend of the family recover some family pictures 
from a Phillips digital photo frame that uses this chip. I would like to 
know what pins are used for the UART interface, hoping to shed some 
light on what ECC is used for the Nand, so I can get a good dump.
