FM Transmitter (169.4 - 176.000 MHz & 214.000 - 220.000 MHz)

Hello,

I'm currently looking for an FM Transmitter that is capable of 
transmitting audio on these frequencies:

169.4 -176.000 MHz & 214.000 -220.000 MHz

does anyone have expirience with possible chips? Are there any with 
evaluation kits?
