Hi dear friends
I have an MS6000 ersa and it is faulty.
It has an IC with the reference ERSA111, could anyone help me to
identify this IC.
I tried IC U106BS but it did not work :(
I really like this welding station and I did not want to change it.

Best regards

Didn´t you get the thing by translating the threads you can find here?

If really not: NO. Noone really knows, which version your pcb is.

Maybe there´s no other possibility, than taking good photos, and loading
them up - together with any other information you have.

So someone can help you with ic replacement, or repair, or pcb change
(take in a whole new one - which you probably will have to make, or, if
you are rich, buy...).

Sorry, but... so it is.

I meant:

For ERSA111 there seems to be no "replacement".

But although that is the case, you would not throw away your
soldering station - am I right?

So... last post.

Hi ,Homo Habilis
It is possible that it is the UC3846n ???
It is very strange that there is no solution. Do you have any
alternatives for me to solve this problem?
Maybe some modification on the PCB or schematic?
I did not want to throw it in the trash, I spent over 100 euros in the
iron recently.
Can you hellp me please ?

Best regards

Hi Mr. von Guilherme L. (Company: Projectronic), good news for you!
You can find (German language) an interesting article regarding the
substitution of ERSA111 IC, and the solution seems very simple
ERSA111==LM324!
The link is: https://www.fingers-welt.de/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=7438

I hope this may be helpful for you
