Screen 480 x 320 pix. 16 bit bus.
Real LCD controller - Renesas R61581.
Touch Screen Controller - XPT2046.
Color mode RGB (5-6-5 bit).
Project for AVR Studio, PCB scans attached.
Everything working good.

Full pinout. LCD was used with ARDUINO mega2560 (5V power). If you want 
to use it with 3.3V power replace all Resistors to 0 Ohm.
