How to draw photodiode SFH213 in LTspice

Hi all,
the photodiode used in the attached circuit is an SFH213 and I wish to 
draw it in LTspice. However, I can't find this photodiode model in 
LTspice. Can anybody help me by telling me how I can draw this 
photodiode?

Even if you have drawn it: how are you going to control it?

I'd guess you have to use an optocoupler instead.

In my folder, there are several models and symbols of photodiodes. The 
model allows you to set the power incident light.
