FFT for Atxmega32E5 in C

Hi guys,
I´m trying to find a FFT generic code which actually works, but I 
didn´t.
The uC I´m using is ATMEGA32E5, in AtmelStudio 6.2, for C code.
Can you help me with this?

Use sourcecode in attachement and fit it for your µC. The code works 
very well buts not improved for using with µC, thats your part. It 
written in C.
