Hi,

I now from start, it's very small chance to find a solution, but I will
try.
I have a problem with a dental curing Heraeus Kulzer Unixs device. Same
years ago I repair this device. The device had blow up same components (
BUZ357, BYT12, ICL7667CPA ). I replace this components and the device
was ok.
Now I have a really big problem. All components I've changed are now
blow up but now also the PIC16C71-04/P it's blow up.
The PIC16C71-04/P have a label on it 168XS3-0437.
The chance for me, is someone try to read the code from a good one, and
he have luck to be with no code protection.

Regards,

Ciprian

BIG problem, indeed!

Probability for this chance will be literally zero.
Manufacturers (have to) put lots of effort in protecting their desings
against copying ...
And if getting (some level of) protection is so simple like just setting
the copy protection fuse, guess what manufacurers will do ...

I guess, your only chance will be to get the µC as an original spare
part from the manufacturer.

good luck!
