I have code which written in Keil software which i can compile and 
generate exe file their. But now i am trying to compile same code in 
WinARM its giving error.

I have sample code for WinARM , i tried for them its working.

What i have notice their is difference between startup file.

code is for LPC2148 microcontroller from NXP.

Please suggest some solution... I am new to WinARM.

This sounds like error 42 in line 42.

This is a well known error code for in undefined errors in unknown 
source codes...
