LPC1114 & FT232 & Flashmagic

Hello,

Is it possible to program the lpc1114 with a FTDI232 with Flash Magic 
without touching the circuit if I use this connections:

FTDI - LPC1114
DTR - Reset
RST - PIO0_1
TXD - RXD
RXD - TXD

Or is the FTDI Chip not compatible with the control signal which are 
needed?
