insight not included in latest Yagaro?

I'm trying to get started in ARM development and would like to stay in 
windows.  I've compiled and run some example code on my development 
board in Eclipse and Yagarto.  I'd like to now run the code in a 
simulator and thought insight would do that AND that it was part of 
Yagarto as shown on this site:

Unfortunately, I cannot see it in the latest download of Yagarto.  Was 
it removed?  Is there another way to get it that will be compatible with 
win7 and run like Yagarto's tools run?
