What do you want as a response, a how-to book?

I suggest buying the book "Programming 16-Bit PIC Microcontrollers in C: 
Learning to Fly the PIC 24".

dsPIC is PIC24 plus DSP extensions, so this book is usable for you.

There is another book, which I haven't read.
