How to create J-Flash ARM datafile with ADS?

Hi all,
I have developed a standalone application for my board (OK6410) with Arm 
development suite 2.2 and the output file is (*.axf) now i want to apply 
this program to my board with SEGGER J-Flash ARM but in j-flash software 
i have to put a datafile in binary format, how can i manage ADS output 
file to be able to write with J-flash?

If the tool fromelf is included in the ADS see
