ARM GCC by ARM

Hello,

on embedded world I heard that ARM is now offering a free GCC just like 
Code Sourcery currently does. Now I have searched for that but couldn´t 
find it. Does anybody know something about that?

one more question: Is there any advantage of one over the other eg. the 
ARM branch being more up to date?
