MSP430 problem with Flash memory

Hi Friends!

I have a problem with the Flash of my MSP430 FET.
I think I erased the Flash. I launched a test program
from Texas Industries with the name Flash_Write.c.
Now it is damaged. If I will debug a new programm,
there is an error in C-Spy. It's a target error:
Erase check error at adress 0x1000. I think it is unable to
erase the Flash memory. What did I do wrong?
What can I do?
