STR91xFA : seek Makefile for GNU-GCC with good temper

Hello:
   would you post (tar bzipped attachment) the following:
   1- Makefile to build STR91FxFAxxx cpu fpr GNU-ARM tools.
   2- Assembly file(s) of the startup code
   3- Linker file (.ld)
   4- Any C file (hello for example) which will build with  the Makefile 
above.

Note: the ST91xFA Firmware Library build as described above would indeed 
be nice!
