I have Hawkboard. I work in OS Windows.
What version GNU C is better approaches for programming ARM installed on 
Hawkboard?
I have JTAG adapter DPM-ARM_Cortex. What program on PC can load and 
debug programs for this purpose ARM by means of this adapter?

Where there is a detailed description as GNU C to connect to 
Code::Blocks? Whether is possible in Code::Blocks by means of JTAG the 
adapter to load and debug programs?

If ARM it is heated and consumes 500 mA, but works, the picture on the 
connected monitor is, ARM is spoiled?
