LPC2138/48 : 32kHz Oscillator

Hallo,

I run into a problem with a LPC2138/48.

The 32 kHz oscillator does not work at all.

I checked different crystals (even from a board where the 32 kHz
oscillator is working) and different capacitors. VBAT is available,
the signal traces on the board seems to be ok and there are no
shortcuts.

Can anybody help, please?
