Problem Flashing RDK-BLDC

Hello


I tried to update the Firmware of my RDK-BLDC board (with LM3S8971). 
Unfortunately I choosed a wrong bin- file

Now The Microcontroller doesn't  work any more and I cannot get 
connection via Ethernet.

Can I flash it again via Ethernet?? Cause I don't have any JTAG- 
Emulator for ARM µC
