SAM7X256 ~ JTAG and SAM-BA USB-ISP Connection

Hello.

I have an AT91SAM7X256 chip and trying to make a breakout board with 
both JTAG and SAM-BA USB-ISP Connection. I have attached my schematic.

I did not add VCC, GND, X-TAL connection yet. I need your suggestion 
about only JTAG and SAM-BA USB ISP connections.

I'll be very glad if you please check my connection and comment, is the 
connection OK? Or something more I need to add?
