USB-Controller named: 7024 0119

Hey,

on a S///E x10i board I found a BGA-IC quite close to the USB-Port that 
is only marked with 7024 (new line) 0119.
Due to the defective USB Port of the phone I hoped to get any 
information about this IC as an starting point for the repair.

Unfortunately I can't find any information about this IC or a cirtuit 
plan of the x10i. Could anybody help me with this topic?

You seem to be / are my last hope to get this phone repaired....Thanks!!
