You have to enter the PIN and be booked in to a GSM Provider. whats the answer of at+cops? and at+cpin?

I already deactivated the pin, when I put the SIM-card into another mobile phone. AT+COPS? +COPS: 0,0,"o2 - de" oO Before it always said 0,3 But now it works... perhaps because I turned out the power again?
