[Help] ARM assembly

Hello,

I am trying to learn a bit of arm assembly.
could anyone please take a look and make correction with the attached 
file.
It's just a low level pll configuration for olimex-lpc2378 board, it's 
actually part of a startup code. The c equivalent of this  from Martin 
Thomas' examples works out ok, but I can't get this one to work.
