Hello, I have problem with identification of HMT-65728BH-A. It seems to 
be a u-controller. Atmel - Temic. Can anybody help?, maybe with a link 
to datasheet ??? :). If you provide datasheet and are you interseted on 
samples - no problem you can get it from me.. Package is S0-24

Hello Adam,

My ECA data dictonary (1992) show me that HMT-65728 with different 
suffixes (but not the suffix you asked for) is a S-RAM, type 6116. 
Manufacturer: MATRA HARRIS.
