There are known issues with WinARM 6/2006 and Vista. A workaround is
mentioned on the Web-Page. You may try a newer WinARM test-version or
try Yagorto, Anglia SARM, Codesourcery G++ lite for ARM or DevkitPro for
ARM. Maybe some of the examples included with WinARM 6/06 will not work
"out of the box" with the mentioned alternatives.
Sorry, still no time to create a updated WinARM package with a full set
of examples.
