Problem in debugging demo_at91sam7_blink_flash

I'm trying debugging the program demo_at91sam7_blink_flash done by James
P Lynch, but every time i got the error "No source Avaible", "Program
received signal SIGTRAP, Trace/breakpoint trap.
0x6c010000 in ?? ()". I attached the error.
Somebody have some idea how can i solve this problem.
