Is a code allignment problem??

hi,

 I have a c source code ported on ARM9 using winARM. Now i want to plug
assembly files to the previous sorce code . I done using 'asm ' key word
. It is working fine.

Problem arrived when i embedded more assembly files.After then While
compiling the code ,it is showing the error as

cccuuww.s (3456)assembler message:
cccuuww.s:  bad immeadiate value for the offset<4256>
cccuuww.s:  bad immeadiate value for the offset<3125>
 ...etc

Could any one provide a solution???
