Yagarto's make wants a disc in drive D?

I've installed the OpenOCD make utilities from the latest version of
YAGARTO and a slightly older version that's on the Olimex CD.  Both
versions pop-up a dialog box complaining that there is no disc in drive
D (my CD-ROM drive).  I can have any disc in the drive, even an audio
CD, and it won't complain.  I've downloaded mingw32-make-3.80.0-3 and
that make works correctly.

Any ideas?
