winARM & LPC E2129

hello
I use winARM with a  LPC E2129 board,
with OCDremote and insight-Elf via the JTAG  before I arrived  to
connect  on the board and  to unroll the code except that its remainder
not in the memeoire of the processor (to the reset nothing!! somebody
can help me)
and now with the launching of insight an error message appears:
  nitializeTarget Error: Not in Background
