    way too > little > for an SD card. You are also absolutely right. I tried a different LDO (LM3940 with 1A max. output) and still it does not work. Still I do not get the desired 1.8V at pins 13 and 34 and do not get access to the SD card. See image below.

    PCB w/ ESP8266 NodeMCU - Multiple SPI modules not working

    . I have also attached a picture of the resulting PCB. As a side information: I am using the LM3940 voltage regulator. When measuring the voltage, I get almost exactly 3.3 V (as required by my modules). I would really appreciate any comment and help on this. Please let me know if some information
