The players who knows about this dish help her with advice.

I have board existing Spartan 3e but it loaded, still loaded 
successfully newspaper including JTAG or USB are loaded successfully 
press alike, DONE LED still light, Get device ID are reported correctly. 
But she does not run, I do not know where the error is expecting the 
experienced players only to find the boy fears no damage to the IC.
