Does anyone have suggestions about getting the Intel I210T1 nic to work 
in Win 8.1 x64 in a Pro Tools 12 system.  I think what I need is the 
glue between AVB and ASIO4ALL.

You need a "Virtual Soundcard". The only product I'm aware of ist the 
Hono AVB Virtual Soundcard from Audiosience, but it is exorbitantly 
expensive. No comparison with the Dante VSC for 30$ or so :(.
