Hi all,
I am looking for the download link of the Altera DDR2 Sample Design
named emi_ddr2_ciii.zip

It is supposed to contain a sample DDR2 interface design files for
cyclone 3/4 devices.
I was unable to find this zip file anywhere in Altera sites or other
websites...

The link altera provided for download is
http://www.altera.com/support/examples/exm-list.js...

but it doesnt have the specified sample.

It would be very thankful if anybody has this file

After some hectic search, i could find the link as below
http://www.alterawiki.com/wiki/File:Emi_ciii_ddr2.zip

but the design is strictly for Cyclone 3. My device is Cyclone 4 gx.
I think there is no sample design available for DDR2 interface on
Cyclone 4 gx.

Cyclone 3 and 4 are essentially the same silicon with different version
numbers. Check the datasheets, chances are that the DDR interface is
identical.

@eingast
Thanks for the info.. I will try in that direction,
The added difficulty is that in current Quartus ii 14.0 synth tool,
Cyclone 3 support is not provided. Cyclone 4 is only available. So i
couldnt migrate and check the sample design in above link also. It
throws some errors regarding license.
