I have simulated a module by ModelSim in VHDL and I wanna import a sub 
module that I have simulated it in Hspice.How can I integrated them 
together in ModelSim?

a import is not possible, but a co-simulation spice/vhdl could work,
see:

But - you probably can buy a house for the price of the tools ..

you should consider MATLAB and Simulink for both HDL and Analog 
Cosimulation.
