Hi,

I need to connect one telephone at the input of first FPGA and connect
another telephone at the output of 2nd FPGA. The FPGA's will perform the
process of speech encryption and decryption. Both these input and output
FPGA's can communicate with each other in wireless or wired mode. Help
me in proceeding towards this project.

How can i interface my lined telephone with an FPGA ?

Thanks in advance for your valuable time.

Not too bad job. Well you'll need some kind of analogue input circuit
bringing the voltage from the phone-line down to a usable range (e.g.
0-5V DC). Further more get some Audio ADC and Audio DAC and you'll be
fine.
