Does anyone know Magic Pixel chips MP600-MP620 and

Does anyone know what type is it is it Arm or cortex family, there is no
any information on Magic pixel web site only that it is 32 bit risc
architecture.

Yes, i saw this datasheet, but still not clear for me which SDK or
Product development kit they use for programm it, and almost no
information about uITRON system for that chip
