ARM toolchain for glibc

Hi everybody,


I have an ARM system with Debian running on it. Debian for ARM
distribution maintains ibc6 2.3.6.ds1-13  GNU C Library: Shared
libraries. I'm searching for a Windows toolchain for libc6 and not for
newlib. I have found own for Debian host
(http://www.emdebian.org/tools/crosstools.html). Does anybody know such
distributions?

One way is to build the cross-tools from source under Cygwin.
